Separate brand rules from model choices
Provide vector logo files, approved colors and any rules for minimum size or clear space. Then list the helmet models to which those rules should apply.

Reference images are useful when they explain a finish, pattern or placement. Label each reference so the team knows what to study rather than copying an unrelated complete design.
Confirm packaging as part of the product
Include carton marks, retail box language, labels and inserts in the same brief. Packaging details often affect review timing and should not be left until the final stage.
