Use one model identity everywhere
The model number on the quotation, sample label, specification sheet and supporting documents should point to the same product configuration. Ask for clarification whenever naming differs.
Record the approved sample
Keep dated photos and notes for the sample you approve. Record colors, components, labels and packaging so later checks have a clear reference.
Review changes before production
When a shell, trim, label or packaging detail changes, confirm whether the related specification or documentation also needs an update. Small visual changes can create avoidable confusion when records are not synchronized.
